Some books are to be tasted, others to be swallowed, and some few to be chewed and digested: that is, some books are to be read only in parts, others to be read, but not curiously, and some few to be read wholly, and with diligence and attention.

This book was sent to me by my then to-be-hubby Usman from London. This book really glued me to it..It was March of 2005 when I read this book .I was doing My Masters then and I remember that If it was recess timings or a free class in between I was to be found with this book in the days when I was reading it.The writing is very simple & Its a very light and easy read that makes you sad at points and gives you hope each now and then.Reading this book can make you realize that how lucky it is to be with the person you love & the meaning of a complete life is to have your loved ones with you. This book touched my heart and therefore stands as one of my favorite books today as well.I passed it to a couple of my friends and I was told that they liked it as well.Over all Its a must read & an all time Best seller.
A small inscription by me Later on in 2007 a movie was made on this book too called ‘PS, I LOVE YOU’ starring Gerald Butler & Hilary Swank. After watching the movie my verdict was that the movie didnt do justice to the book itself ,still likewise me people who read the book definitely cant do without watching the movie.
